It is not clear whether or not stress causes high blood pressure. But one thing is certain. Stress is a contribution to hypertension. Studies have shown that stress control can certainly help to reduce high blood pressure. Another thing is certain, and that is that chronic stress causes the body system to break down over time. The focus of this article will stress and its relationship to high blood pressure or high blood pressure pressure.
As you may know, high blood pressure, is called the "silent killer" because there are often no signs or symptoms. We will discuss some of the signs of stress. As already mentioned stress is contributing to high blood pressure or high blood pressure pressure.
First we will discuss the physical signs of stress. Physical signs of stress can dizziness, headaches, digestive disorders, increased muscle tension, insomnia, fatigue, nervousness or tremor, weight gain or weight loss.
Mental signs of stress can be seen in people who constantly worry, they have problems with making simple decisions They have poor memory, there is a loss of sense of humor, and there is a lack of concentration often associated with the mental signs of stress.
Emotional signs of stress are signs we are able to see often in others. These are the things that are most likely let us know that the "other" person "stressed". These characters are emotional anger, anxiety, depression, mood swings and irritability.
There are also various practices signs of stress, these are also signs that we are often in other individuals and evidence that others may say that they see us when We stressed. These symptoms are bossiness, compulsive eating, impulsivity, increased alcohol or drug abuse, reduction of social interaction, deterioration spousal /family /friend relationships and overall negative attitude.
How to cope
Once a person has already learned to recognize some or all of the above warning signs of stress in their lives then can the empowerment phase began. Empowerment begins with the recognition and learning opportunities to address stress.
First to take control. We must learn that we do not have to meet all the expectations or demands on us by others. Knowing that it is okay to say the word no is a complete sentence. It is simply okay to stand up and speak out for your rights and beliefs while respecting the rights and beliefs of others. We should all care, but "not so much". That means we should be important enough to ourselves and to help others, but not so overwhelmed that there are insurmountable causes stress in our own lives.
We there should be a practice to relax every day. One of the main causes of stress is that life is filled with too many demands and too little time. One of the most effective time management skills is simply to minimise the amount of tasks, we wish to one day. There are hundreds of things we say, 'must' and we are working ourselves in a frenzy to the things that "must". But think about it when we are physically unable to do that these things should be done, "they will still be done, even if they are to be done by someone else. My point is that we do not have to do it all of us. If we are to delegate a family member or an employee relieve us of tasks and responsibilities, and we make others feel needed.
Coping with stress concerns the responsibility. Responsibility means, responding only to those things that you have the ability to control and leave these things alone, over which you have no control over until you have developed the ability to respond and control.
We need to work back to the basics . Check your life and the values you have and work towards maintaining the good fundamental values. It is much better to have a few tasks and values that you 100% of your attention than to have too many things that you work halfheartedly. The quality is better than quantity.
Set realistic goals and expectations. There is a saying, "Rome was not built in a day." This means that everything you want in life is worth something, take some time. When you start a task, your long-term goal is to ensure that you employ short-term goals. Often, you will probably want to short-term goals and make it even smaller short-term objectives, the smaller the more manageable, more manageable with less stress. If you want to know how small your goals should be a rule of thumb: "Continue your destination Division until you no longer feel overwhelmed or stressed." If you minimize your tasks to the smallest degree and you feel as before and stressed uncomfortable, rest and re-evaluate your life in this area.
Remember to eat a proper diet and enough rest and exercise. They should strive to at least eight to nine hours of continuous sleep per night. bermaige Limit your intake of sugar, fat and caffeine. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes per day, three times per week. Remember that 30 minutes can be divided into 10 to 15 minute intervals during different times of the day until you can run a full 30 minutes workout.
In today's hectic and fast society there are hundreds of what I would refer to as " Self - empowerment experts. These range from experts PhD's in individuals who have learned through hard experience life. We benefit from the control of persons at both ends of the spectrum and all those in between. There are gadgets that range from biofeedback machines for meditation CD's and DVD's, videos exercise. Begin today to empower themselves.
